We offer convenient online billing through our secure patient portal, My UNC Chart. Sign up and pay your hospital and physician bills when it is convenient for you. You can view your statements, account details and manage your account online. You have the option to choose paperless billing.

Chargemaster Information

As of January 1, 2019, all hospitals in the United States are required to publicly post charges for hospital-based procedures, services, supplies, prescription drugs, and diagnostic tests, as well as fees associated with equipment or facilities used during a patient’s appointment or inpatient stay.

Financial Assistance

If you need help paying your bill at UNC Health Chatham, you may qualify for financial assistance. Copies of UNC Health’s financial assistance policy documents, which are applicable to Chatham Hospital, are available here. 

Visiting Hours

Medical/Surgical Inpatients

Suggested Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

ICU

8:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., limit of two visitors.

Please limit your visits between the hours of 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. to allow time for report and assessment.
