Announcing the Launch of Dr. Kelly P. Holder's Women's Health/Gynecology Clinic at UNC Health Chatham
UNC Health Chatham leadership is thrilled to announce the launch of a women’s health and gynecology clinic in Siler City on November 6, 2024. We warmly welcome Dr. Kelly P. Holder, DO, FACOG, FASAM, MA, IBCLC. Dr. Holder began her career in public health and discovered her passion for obstetrics and gynecology while conducting research in Somalia. She is dedicated to empowering women to live healthy lives, raise healthy children, and create healthy communities.
Dr. Holder provides high-quality, culturally sensitive, and individualized care to women of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to serving as the Medical Director of the Maternity Care Center, her clinical interests include rural women’s health and maternity care, abnormal bleeding, cervical dysplasia, obesity, substance and alcohol use in pregnancy, adolescent gynecology, maternal child health, obstetrics, and deliveries. Dr. Holder will see patients at the UNC Specialty Care at Chatham location, specializing in general obstetrics and gynecology. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Holder enjoys running, visiting Disney World, and spending time with her husband and five children.
