INTERNAL APPLICANTS

- UNC/Chatham Employees and Cardiac/Pulmonary Patients may take the course for free, however preregistration is still required

EXTERNAL APPLICANTS

- $75.00 per person – includes 4 group classes, hypnosis CD, workbook, and QS cigarette.
