Joint Replacement Surgery Offered

Chatham Hospital now offers total joint replacement surgery including total hips, knees and shoulders. The multi-disciplinary care team is led by board certified orthopaedic surgeons, Andrew Bush M.D. and Matthew Popa, M.D.

While many patients are able to return home in 3-4 days post-surgery, some may require additional time for recuperation and rehabilitation. Chatham Hospital offers a unique program called Interim Care, that allows patients to remain in the hospital for additional post-acute care until they are completely ready for discharge.
